I have a little cocktail for them tonight so we will see what I find tomorrow. I moved the quail back up to the deck for the time being. My realized today that my ginger hen is injured...one of her wings is broken...I am sure from an attempt at being grabbed. She is by herself now to heal.

The darn thing got 2 more last night...this time it pulled the tray out from underneath....and of course its taking my hens...and it took my only mature hen who is laying..aaarrrggghhhhhh!!!!!!! If I owned a gun I would shoot it. Does anyone know if the traps at TSC would be strong/big enough...

A friend of mine says to have my boys pee around the quail pens...that the smell will deter the racoons...anyone else hear of this?

it got 2 of my hens last night. My son is outside cutting half inch wire to put on the sides of the cages. I swear I should of hit it last week when it ran in front of my car.
