I don't remember what amount of oxine you add to a quart of water...it is on here somewhere. It is a tiny amount. You mix the solution with water and then put it into the nebulizer. Do not use full strength!
Give the Tylan a try. I can only give advice. I can't say for sure that it won't work.

You can pull up the amount needed and squirt it onto a piece of bread and feed it to her. Make sure to use only the amount of bread she will eat so that she gets the entire dose. Dose for 5 days.
