What can I use as grit for them now?

Mine are roughly 1.5 weeks old and one is only a few days old. I got dried meal worms for the birds. Can they have those now? I also have rabbits, so I presently have dill and cilantro, can I give them that? How about cooked or uncooked oatmeal? Some say just keep them on the feed for now...
