    The labels came with the shrink bags but you can also get them separately. I get them online. They're called poultry labels, which have the handling instructions on them already in case you share some birds.

    I've reduced our flock down to just Black/Blue Silver Marans and Bresse, so that I could use the pen space to breed those better. I'll be splitting each breed into 3 groups for next season. The last time we processed I had a first, a Marans the same weight as a Bresse! With age it can happen...
