Thanks. That red dot is the ticket. That was a 1moa RMR, I have a 1moa SRO on it now. It has less of a blue tint and a larger window which is nice...

I'm setting up a range at my parents property for Christmas. The rest of the steel targets came in today. I really like the detail on the raccoon and the bobcat flipper is pretty cool. When you hit the heart, it flips up above its back and flags red, so you know you hit it. I'm going to set...

Speaking of dry fire, have yall seen the g-sight laser training cartridges? I have one in 9mm and its a great training aid. When you pull the trigger, the firing pin hits the back if the laser cartridge and it projects a laser on what your aiming at. You get dry fire practice and you get to see...

Good hunting scopes can cost as much, if not significantly more than the rifles they go on. I have been ruined by high quality glass for low light hunting. I have some cheaper scopes but for hunting, I want a good low light performer. I really like illuminated reticles too. My problem is, I like...

:gigI knew that was coming. No kidding, that's awesome. You saved those guns 👍. I always have very specific guns in mind when I buy them, down to the exact barrel length, stock configuration, etc. They all have some sort of purpose/ meaning. Very little chance I run across a used gun that I'm...

Trijicon enscribes a Bible verse on all of their optics from Accupoints to RMR's. I always thought that was pretty neat. Most all have to do with "light" since their claim to fame was tritium illumination... Your buying ammo over more guns advice is very good, and buying guns that share a...

Our game warden used to live a few houses down from me. He said he used to shoot them with a .410 also. I'd go broke doing that, 22lr is CHEAP... My buddy did find a gig head that is basically like 5 hyperdermic needles with barbs. They require no effort to stick in the frogs. That's important...

Banned them for use on frogs, and put a limit on them. A limit.... on frogs.... thanks Facebook. You can shoot them with a crossbow though.... :hmm Legal methods are all bows, airguns .25cal or smaller, gigs, nets, and hand catching in AL. They don't mention whopping with a boat paddle so I...

PCP's have always intrigued me. We used to shoot frogs with 22's but they banned them. You can use airguns though. I considered getting a Benjamin marauder for the frogs but never did. Would be cool to shoot a deer with one. How do you charge the tank back up?
