hi everyone..... i finally got round to getting 2 pullets for my young hen who took the death of my speckledy hard.... well...that was a waste of time..... she is the devil in disguise... she picks on them so much that i have to put them in a seperate coop away from her until they are big enough...

tryxichicks........ i live in the uk and flubenvet is the only licensed worming product for chickens... that other that you suggested is only licensed for sheep here so i cant get hold of it ! i know i tried my best but it still doesnt feel like it..... all the other girls are fine and the coop...

andrea, i would check yours just to put your mind at rest x does she gurgle ? mine gags like she has something stuck in her throat and thats another symptom of gapeworm x but her nose and eyes are clear... thats also another symptom that its gapeworm.......well this is all what i have been told...

hi andrea, i havent officially had her checked but all the symtoms for a respirtory problems are not the same as all the symptoms she is having ! a friend of mine who has kept chickens for years says its more likely they will get gapeworm from infected earthworms ! they where on just concrete...
