wow, those are pricey. pots... guess I will go with propane burner... and try and find a pot, maybe cut a barrel in half if I can find one... I got a yardbird plucker , now I realize I need a scalding pot and a way to heat water. (no more hand plucking ! mostly). I will be processing chickens, ducks, and small geese up to 10-12 lbs. as much as I can in the plucker. What size pot? and recommendations? I looked at turkey...- mominoz
