Does anyone have any good pumpkin recipes. My sister gave my son a 97 lb. pumpkin. I cleaned it and cooked and WOW! what a lot of pumpkin. I had 72 cups of cooked pumpkin. Does anyone have any pumpkin recipes beside pie? I made four pies already and froze the rest of the pumpkin.
