You get another thermometer, glass filled with fluid ones are cheap and usually accurate. You want to double check if your incubator is reading right. It's safe to candle.- nuthatched

That humidity is fine. Is your incubator calibrated? I can't recommend the water test, it's often dangerous. When did you last candle?- nuthatched
