Do the other chicks pick on it? If not, I wouldn't seperate it right away because it may get depressingly lonely. I have seperated one before but ended up giving it a buddy/ nurse, a tiny silkie chick, to keep it company. If its leg is bleeding though, get it out because the other will peck...
