This weeks hatch has shipped guinea eggs in it I'm trying to hatch for another BYCer. Just candled an it didn't look good but I'm not giving up hope.

I got all 8 cochins from the last hatch!! I just put more cochins in the hatcher. These are bantam. The power went off for 23 hours Monday an there still hatching.. Thought I would add that half of these were cracked in shipping an sealed with wax.

Out of 15 Large Cochin frizzles I had shipped 8 made it to the hatching tray. These I need to hatch.

I set eggs to hatch every Saturday. Most weeks they start hatching Friday morning. Next weeks hatch will go in to the hatching tray Wednesday night. Its something like 15+ shipped large Frizzle Cochins (hoping for some that are barred) an the rest of the tray filled with EEs.

I got 3 long crowers out of my 5 shipped eggs. All 5 developed, 1 quit an one didn't internally pip Heres one of the 3. Only had 6 out of 41 eggs not hatch counting the 5 shipped. 3 quiters an 3 failed to hatch. My bet hatch yet.

I removed 16 so far. 6 EE 5 BR an 5 Cornish X. I had forgot about the Cornish X being in there. I also got the brooder cam working for now. The chickens keep pulling the cord out of it. Guess it looks to much like a worm.

The brooder cam crashed but the other two seem to be working ok.

About 20 EE an 20 BR this week.

This week is 24 EE eggs. The video server keeps freezing up but maybe it will get threw this hatch then I will try to fix it.

I had 21 hatch out of 28 that developed. With the temp spike I had I think it was a pretty good hatch. I have more set to hatch this Saturday. They were set after the temp issues so I'm expecting a better hatch.

Tonight the humidity goes down weather they hatch or not. About 120 other eggs in there to think about. I can still leave them there till Thursday before time runs out on them an I have to make room for the next group to hatch.

I an going to be gone most of the day tomorrow so I set the server to restart every hour. That way if it crashes it will automatically restart within an hour. As long as my router dont crash. Maybe enough will hatch before i leave tomorrow so I can move the other eggs too. Night!
