Should be fine. Just wait to see what she does, and then if there are problems (i.e. not using nest), solve them after they arise.

The only time I would suggest you try putting them in a box is if they're already laying and not using the boxes. If that ends up being the case, then it can work to physical show them where to lay when they're about to lay.

Don't be surprised to find the first few eggs in the wrong spot. Some birds have no issue finding/using the nest, others don't seem to notice it's there even when it's right in their faces.
