Thanksgiving for 2 (which in reality means I make enough for 8-12). Peach glazed turkey breast, funeral potatoes, oatmeal crumble apple pie, sausage & mushroom stuffing (I made too much to fit in 1 dish so this is the spillover), green bean casserole.

I have so much leftover that we have enough for today's lunch, dinner, Sunday dinner, and possibly Monday lunch. Any extra turkey will get frozen for a hotdish later in the week.
