I don't really see any noticeable issue? Maybe a little sparseness, but I thought there'd be bald faces. Have you seen them grooming each other at all? Feathers can get pulled out or broken during mutual grooming.

Also photos of each bird that's affected, so we can look for similarities in the damage.
