Added in:
A denim "quilt" (no batting, rag quilt style) for the beach this summer. Using the boys outgrown jeans (they wear them out completely) and stripping it for a beach blanket. Add in 2 pairs from mr saddi and I and we should have a large square for the surfing lessons I promised them.
He's turning 10 this year, so moving him to a more mature quilt for the teen years.
Erik picked the watermelon log cabin, I'll post a scan of that too.

I do want to see a photo of the quilt for your niece. Quite a few of the girls going thru the shelter are less pink roses and flowers and more black roses and flames. I'm planning on doing a few in the sugar skulls fabric for the less girly girls.
