    Are the temperature measurement probes all in the same place in the bator? That is a really wide range of temps to get. If the probe is touching metal, plastic, or something else, that can also change the readings. So can it's relative location to the heat element or it's color if you're heating...

    LOL, I use a Fluke tool to measure stuff too. There's an abundance of them at home so I grab one and add the temp probe... it's awfully funny to use a Fluke 289 as a thermometer though... since it's made for much more stuff...
