    If there are no symptoms, no, no need to separate her. It's probably already passed through her system, if that was indeed the cause. I'm not saying for sure that it was IB, but those are textbook eggs from a bout with it. Are the whites watery? Here are things to read about it...

    Wrinkly eggs.

    Usually, those are a sign of a bout with infectious bronchitis, which damages the reproductive machinery. There may be other causes, but that "wrinkly paper bag" egg is a classic symptom. If it was just one, I'd say a fluke, but if you're getting them regularly, I'd say possibly IB.
