After watching my chicken for some time I have figure out what is wrong with her, she is fat. She is laying nicely now that I have her on strict diet and free ranging. I remember years ago I had a chicken with the same hanging abdomen and after we culled her, due to her age, she was just plain fat.

If her condition will not approve and she is not any priced breed, I would just cull her.
