Ivermectin at 5 mg/ml is 0.5%. Published (unapproved) doses for poultry are 200 MICROgrams per kg body weight. That comes to approximately 1 ml/50 lb. Or for a 4 kg bird a bit less then 0.2 ml. I've used the injectable orally or by injection; not sure how effective the topical product is.
