Do you guys think the different feathering is just some weird happening then? There was me hoping it might be some early sign as I know brahmas are slow to mature, and I am eager to know - doh! Thanks for the input though, I will just have to wait and see ;)

Thanks, I wasn't sure if this was going to be a good indicator or not as I had heard pullets get their tails first - it must be an old wives tale!

I have four lemon Brahma I hatched last week and I've noticed two have longer wings and a tail. Am I right in these being hens? The two 'girls' also seem to be sprouting their shoulder feathers quicker. Sorry for the crappy pictures, they were a little uncooperative!
