No, there's a slight adjustment here and there just because the door doesn't sit in the same exact spot each time it's closed but it's minimal. I have my slider door locked down for winter so it's tightened up and got gaps blocked for winter. But like I said, a door trim would help tighten that...

I use these on my slider door on my pole barn. These close the gap at the bottom but not at the top like @aart points out because of the roller assembly...You could add a trim board all the way around to close the gap, but still allow the door to slide. Edited to add... It still won't be a...
