if it doesn't smell, it likely won't explode. I'd give it a few more days. I once pulled a quitter on day 7 placed it on the table and forgot about it until the chicks hatched on day 20... Nothing happened :oops:

That sounds super squishy! would there be a minimum? like 4sqft for the first 4 birds then 1sq ft for every 2 birds after etc? Making up numbers here, lol.

You can always exchange it I suppose! I have 4 for they house and they all work just as well as the one in the incubator :)

It works really well for me. but I have the bluetooth one, not the wifi ones... I need to walk pretty close to the device for the full data update, but can usually get the reading from half way across the house.
