I wouldn’t use soap. You can try to bathe it in warm water (100F) make sure to keep the head above water. Wrap immediately with a paper towel, and switch out the towel until its mostly dry. cup the chick as you are doing this to keep it warm...Then put it under the heat lamp to let it dry...
