yeah.. apparently they have changed some regs.. I noticed a note on cackle hatchery's site: http://www.cacklehatchery.com/popup.htm "Virginia: Virginia has changed its regulations and we CAN NOW SHIP to the Commonwealth of Virginia." so congrats all you guys who live there!- yinepu

Not sure. I know a lot of the bigger hatcheries won't ship to Virginia because of the testing required. But so far I haven't found any who would not ship to Texas.- yinepu

How do you figure that Texas is a closed state? We can get chicks from any hatchery with no problem. But what I really wanted to know is, do you ever sell hatching eggs?- yinepu
