I'm more confused than ever! I see stuff online ranging from incubation from 18 days, to 24 days. How do I know when my quail will hatch?

Ohhhh no! I guess I needed to do more research! I have quail eggs in the bator on day 7 today, and first site I googled said incubation of 23 days, now ya'll are saying 16-18? Thats a HUGE difference!! which is it?? They're in a bator thats been riding in the mid 50's humidty wise.... when...

so ok, DH just read on some quail hatching site that the humidity should be 80% for the first 20 days?? 90% for the hatch?? Is this true?? I thought they were 50% just like chickens, no??
