Ugh! I bought the Ball brand because it was a few cents cheaper that the SureJel and I assumed they were the same, but I just went to use them and see they are not the same. The Ball brand gives no recipe for a less sugar Jam, and says to use Apple juice in all your recipes.......WHAT?! So...- yotetrapper
