Ok thank you for the info. She is enjoying a nice bath right now while we decide what to do. If we put her down do you think it woukd be safe to process and feed to our dogs so she doesnt go to waste or should we not take a chance? Never been in this situation before....

I can get her in and clean her off. If it comes to having to put her down, what is the best way to do so? I am just torn because she is still living, eating, walking. But I do realize her condition would likely not be compatible with life for long :-(
