Not sure if I saw this somewhere or thought it up, but it works awesome.
Spring clips that are made to hold broom, or other tool, handles....screwed to a board that's about head high.
No screwing around with slipknots..... hold legs in one hand and open clips with the other and strip feathers off into garbage can below.
