go to "my profile" then look on the top left corner under the image for "replace avatar"
upload the picture from your device

Ok thanks alot I couldn't do it off my phone.
You can scroll down to the bottom of any page to switch to desktop version of BYC to change your avatar

Oh I seen that I didn't know what that was for so I didn't bother to push the switch to desktop because I did't want to mess anything up.

didn't know you are using mobile device.. switching to desktop mode on your mobile device will work..
but desktop view of website on a mobile device will be messy..

Well I have this site on both mobile and desktop but thanks a lot for the directions.
