Yes, after she's done with her broody stage she will start to lay eggs again
Might depend on how old she is and how long she's been broody.
If she's around 18 months old, give or take a couple months, she may go into a molt.
...and sometimes the longer they are broody, the longer they may take to break, and the longer they may take to getting back to laying.
