Quail Male or female

I was wondering if this is female quail because she didn't lay eggs since I bought her with other male.
 
Males have a rusty colored chest and females have spots on their chest. Could you get a chest shot?
Also has she crowed at all? If so she is a male.

She has spots on her chest not like other male. I dont know if you can tell from the photo
 
The pic is blurry but if her chest isn't all rusty and she has spots then she is a girl! She probably won't lay eggs due to over mating. Try putting her in her own cage for about a week. Also quails will start laying eggs at around 6 weeks of age!
