My duck is bleeding from his wing. It looks like his feathers haven't come in at the ends of his wings and now he is bleeding from the place where the feathers should be. I'm going to take pictures. Thanks for any help.

Mine never bled when their feathers were soming in. is it possible someone chewed on them? they should stop bleeding on their own Unless someone else is chewing them, then you should seperate him for a bit.

I had this same problem in a Black Swedish of about the same age... the other ducks nipped at it (or potentially she did), pulled enough out to start the bleeding and then were terrible about harassing her - they saw dripping red and just went for it.

I isolated her for 2 days (in sight of them), she healed up, and I've had no problems since. Her feathers are now growing in where they had been chopped back by the other ducks.
