Is this Scaly leg? Pictures*

I just noticed this on my chickens and I'm wondering if its scaly leg or just old age. My older hens are the first few pictures and my younger hens are the last few. What is this from? And what can I do to fix it?

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

I used vaseline and it worked faster than I thought it would

I heard oil will work too, but have not tried it.
 
Scaly leg mites. There are lots of ways to treat them, most by coating the legs with a greasy/oily substance that smothers them. There are other treatments like ivermectin pour-on for cattle, but IF you do have them, it's no where near that stage yet!

Good eye, spotting the scales being slightly raised, and GREAT pics!
