maybe an egg broken inside her? What do I do?

My black Australorp may have an egg broken inside her. How can you tell? And if so, what do you do?

She passed a bit of broken yoke in the nest around 1 p.m. There wasn't much there. I didn't see any shell.
 
To prevent bacterial infection you can mix 2 teaspoons of vinegar in 1 cup of warm water and gently squirt it into her vent using a large syringe (without a needle.) Repeat once a day for 3 days. Hopefully it will work. Good luck.
