Confused about emerald spaldling peafowl & spalding peafowl.

Hi members,
I am confused about "Emerald spaldling" peafowl and "Spaldling" peafowls.

Are "emerald spaldling" and "spaldling" peafowls the same hybrid peafowls ???

Now this is where you will find a big differents the birds.

Some 50% will take more after the blue ,other after the green. all from the same clutch.


Spalding do NOT breed true
 
You are on line do some web surffing on them Spalding are when you breed a Muticus type bird to any other peafowl besides Muticus, No one calls them Emerald Spaldings or Buff, Red Buff Spaldings anymore unless your just trying to make yourself look good by using the old names. Like deerman said Spaldings will not all look the same.

A Spalding is a Spalding (thank someone else has said this) and the so called Buff or Red Buff is just a Spalding Black Shoulder.

True but generally speaking this is how most people see spaldings as, and it is a good way to explain to someone that is new to spaldings.
 
Would be easier for members to tell which is a spalding peacock or an emerald spalding peacock by hold the two birds and look at birds, to see if emerald spaiding peacock have greener colour on neck than spalding peacock.

Easy for new BYC members to get confused which birds are emerald spalding or spalding.

Are emerald shalding peacock much greener than spalding peacock ???

If not, how can I tell emerald spalding peacock from spalding peacock ???

I found other hybrid peacocks called "Jade" and Jade spalding.

How I tell Jade spalding peacock and Jade peacock from emerald spalding peacock and spalding peacock ???
