Is this fertile?

This is from a New Hampshire Red Pullet. None of my other eggs has the white glob as this one does on the right side. If this is fertile the rooster is a Black Austrolorp. The funny thing is is he'll have nothing to do with the BA pullets.

You don't have to have the same kind of chicken to have a frtile egg. I wouldn't know if it was fertile because I can't see the other side of the yolk. If it has a donut shaped circle then it is fertile
 
The white stuff you are seeing is the membrane that holds the yolk to stay center in the middle of the egg shell, what you are seeing is when you cracked the egg this membrane broke (like a rubber band), doesn't look fertile, but when you are looking for a fertile egg a rooster and hen must be together and there will be what looks like a tiny size donut hole shape on top of the yellow yolk, Very safe to eat!!!
 
That doesn't look to be fertile .... You would see a bulls eye in the yo,k which is not the stringy white membrane you are referring to here.... I can't post pictures from my iPad or I'd post one....
