4 Week Old; Is it a Porcelain D'Uccle?

I have one EXACTLY like her that I got from the Bantam bin at TSC. Search for Bantam Bingo and you'll find my post. She is for sure a D'Uccle. Mine is a pullet and her name is Hope.
As far as sex, I'm not great at that- but at 4 weeks old that seems like a big comb to me.
What color would you call that??? I have a full sized chick that is the same color but no feathered feet. It is not a d'uccle, so must be a color found in other breeds?
