It's too hot to go anywhere outside!
@Hillbilly Hen , if I haven't told you how much I love your blueberry peach jam, I'll mention it now!
I use the low sugar Sure Jell recipies, one batch of peach combined with one batch of blueberries, your spices and lemon juice, and the hot water bath. It didn't work out as well as freezer jam though. Wonderful!!!

We need a minimum of 25 more quarts of tomatoes, and all the hubby salsa we have jars for. I want some green (mild!) salsa, but I do that when we have enough ripe tomato stuff done.

I made blueberry freezer jam today, with HHs spice mix, really good too.
And I have to can tomatoes this year, when the Romas come out.

This morning one of our thirteen week old cockerels tried crowing for the first time! Love it! Two more to go, soon, I'll bet. The earliest developing cockerel, the EE, hasn't opened up yet, it was one of the Australorps.
