Which one is which? EE or Ameraucana?

My recent hatch consisted of my own eggs (EEs) and shipped eggs (lav/black split Ameraucanas). Not remembering I'd get black EEs and black Ameraucanas I hatched them all together! I'm selling the EEs on Monday and keeping the Ameraucanas. I can't tell which is which from these 2 chicks.... Help!

They both look like EE's according to their leg color to me.
 
If you are sure that one is an EE and one a Lav split AM, then I would say that the one with the darker head is the AM. The chick I have as my avatar is a Lav split AM. I have 3 and they all looked like that as chicks. I'm not an expert, just my opinion based on my experience :)
 
Hmmmm........ Well, the one on the right in the top picture looks a lot like mine did. I bought mine from a reputable AM breeder here on BYC. They were black with white under their chins, chest and tips of each wing. If you know for sure it is one of them, then like I already said, I would guess that one. :)
