Need HELP with large coop design

I am thinking about building a new coop. Right now I have two 8x8 coops but it is too much of a hassle for me to get in and out of two coops everyday. I am thinking about building on large coop about 14x36. I was thinking I could split it into three sections. One section would be about 14x6 where I could store the feed. The remaining 30ft would be split in half and on one side I would have my laying hens and on the other side I would split it into 4 sections for breeding different breeds. So I am asking you for help with the design. Including floor type, concrete/dirt/wood? Any other interior features you think I should put in there. Does anyone have anything similar to this they could show me? Here is what I have so far. Should I add anything to it or any changes i should make? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This will just be the coop that they will stay in. There will be three sections to the run where the laying hens can go in one section, the breeding pens will have there own section, and the remaining section i will use for grow out pen.
 
I just built a big coop (20x6), but only one section so far. It also has an electrified run (had a bear wipe out all of my babies a few months ago). Problem is, $$$$ It cost over $1000 for materials and it's not even done yet. I would love to have a coop like the one you designed!
 
great design...I am rebuilding my 12 x 20 dutch barn...1/2 will be for the coop area (13 chickens),, I havewood floor with horse stall type mats, Love them, they are mildew proof, clean easily, nothing 'sticks to it.

Reason I went with a solid floor vs dirt, is predator proofing..I want no chances of anything getting in ..I use 1/2 hardware mesh for my run, and ondura panels for run roofing Lots of windows!!! Love all the light..

If I used a dirt floor I would have concrete perimeter to build the walls on and to also keep out digging predators. For the run I bought 5ft tall fencing with 2"x4" holes. Im just trying to decide if this design is the best way to use the available space? Or if theres a better way to design the breeding pens to get the most available space for the laying hens but still be able to have 6-8 breeding hens with a rooster
 
I think your layout is good with what you have in mind.

I know alot of people have dirt floors and it works for them. I just feel having dirt, your going to get chicken waste "in" the dirt, and might make things smellier?
even using shavings on the floor.

The wire, is fine, I personally wouldn't use it. Snakes can get thru it, and I'm snake paranoid:) Plus other varmints, mice/rats whatever ..that's why I use hardware mesh..Costlier, but I want a predator proof area inside and out.

I got my hardware mesh on wayfair.com sometimes it's cheaper than other times, don't know why. I paid 180.00 free shipping on 3 /50ft rolls 48" high..
 
I bought this stuff instead of hardware cloth because its a lot stronger and thicker and I dont really have much of a problem with snakes around here. I previously had hardware cloth and I had problems with my dog and the neighbors dog ripping through the hardware cloth and would kill some of my chickens. Thank you very much for your input though. I will be using hardware cloth on some stuff inside the chicken coop so I will have to check out that website!
