Going back to the idea when I first tried this project back in 09. The egg in the cup. On the botton I have clean egg shells for the calcium and the bag is the one that acts as a shell letting the Co2 out and the O2 in.

Have a cup that you clean very well, then put crushed egg shells at the bottom. Next crack the egg in and cover it with a kordon bag( The bag acts as a shell letting the O2 in and the Co2 out)

Then place it into the incubator and after 6 days I start tilting the cup so it acts like your turning it.

After 25 days poke a hole so it can breathe. Day 27 or 28 take off the cover and put something moist over the duckling so it doesn't dry out ( pull up the chicks head so it doesn't cover it) then it should finish and hatch when its ready.

Also I will be taking the shell off the big end to watch it grow. I have hatched a chick without a shell in 2012, but now I'm trying it with a duck

Epic! Never thought it could hatch out of the shell!
Wha about internal pipping? And external pipping does it have to get out of the cup itself or we pull it out?

At around day 27/28 I will take the cover off and have a wet towel in there to get it from drying out and it will kick its self out when its ready.
