My family and I got our first chickens this past Sunday so we are really, really new to this lol.

Searching around the internet for info on backyard chickens

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?

Well I have two kids so thier sports are pretty much my husbands and mines hobbies right now lol

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

I have tow children ages 11 and 10 on boy and one girl, and an awesome husband, 3 adorable dogs and 2 pretty cool lizards and our newest family members 4 cute and cuddly little chicks.
 
Thanks for the welcome. Just starting to educate myself on raising chickens .Received permission from my town so now I will be reading all about raising chickens. I am a grandma of 10 . I live with my son and his wife and their 1 and 3 year old. We are all very excited and this spring we are hopping to get started. @
