They might breed alot of different types of games or show them. I know an old man in my area that just loves them and breeds a bunch of different types of games.
 
I posted a comment on your other thread about it. I have a game hen, just identical to that one. I can tell you that game birds make for lousy vittles. We tried to eat some of them, but no luck. I am new to raising chickens and had no idea about game birds. Or any chickens. My husband got them free from a friend of a friend, from his work. But they had to be trapped in a pen that my husband had taken up to the mans property. They were game birds released many years ago when certain activities were made illegal. My husband knew nothing about them either. We are both learning.
 
I'm not worried about how they are for eating...I'm too big of a wuss for that! Even when I saw a hawk kill my rooster two weeks ago, we didn't eat him. He got a good Christian burial instead. :idunno. If she can lay an occasional egg, she will be considered a contributing member of the flock.

I really am amazed at how much she has already calmed down in just one day. Yesterday, she was hurling herself at the chicken wire every time she saw me. Today, she was pecking at sunflower seeds just a few feet from me when I went in the run. She still runs from me if I walk towards her, but not with the desperation she had yesterday. I don't need to cuddle my chickens. As long as we have mutual tolerance, I'm good with that. ;) She really is a pretty girl. I have never seen game hens before this.
 
I was referring more to your earlier comment about the property by yours with all of the roosters crowing. Maybe they are showing them. They sure aren't eating them!

Ah, gotcha. I don't know for sure what breeds they have back there. My guess is that they are not showing them, if she came from back there. Trying not to sound like a presumptuous jerk, but there is a cultural element to our area where things of this nature would be considered a little more acceptable.
