I just got 8 Orpingtons that I bought when will they start laying again after moving them
how long will chickens wait after moving them to start laying

Oh that sounds fine then. You can try adding light in the coop in the morning to make 14 to 16 hours of light per day, or just wait for them to start up. Stress definitely can make them stop laying.
I don't know when they will start laying for you. Make sure they don't have worms or mites/lice too.

I got to lock my whole flock up every night its alot of hard work when you raise Orpingtons
I lock my flock up too. I have never had a Orpington before, I want one though.
