High in demand breeds?

Photo techniques??? Ok so now you are saying my 12 year old autistic daughter is that gifted???? Wow, I do believe that her teacher will love knowing that. My daughter took the photos not me, she is 12 years old and autistic, however what ever you believe. She then puts her photos on my computer so she can share them with her class. I always have to email them to her teacher. But then again I don't think that our family has to explain themselves to you. I figure that with all the folks that stop by here day after day admiring our rooster and asking  if I have chicks isn't enough then the heck with it.

However where I do ship all over the US if you ever happen to see one. Remember where you first saw the breed right here in BYC. :D

Foreshortening and perspective, perhaps you can have your daughter google them for you. They are ways to pose photos to make objects look larger than they actually are. I don't care if a trained monkey took the photos. Just was saying it looks very fishy (as the other poster mentioned) and would hate for beginners to be misled. Was tipped off on another post and was checking it out for myself. You're welcome for bringing more attention to your post.

Really and truly I couldn't care less what you or anyone else thinks at all. It's the folks that have bought what I have and have raised them to full growth that really know what these chickens and roosters are like. Via word of mouth from folks that have seen them up close. Those folks know what I have, and they know they are the real deal. That is what matters the most. You do realize that it is folks like you that can kill a good old breed out, where people like me keep the breed going and going. I will never give up on the Legacy breed, close to 200 years old and look at what people can do to try and destroy it.

It use to be that posts like yours would have upset me big time a few years back but after 3 heart attacks in 2 years, Now everything rolls right off my back, then I get up the next morning go out and hug my boys, and they love it. Lets put it this way after open heart surgery last year, I came home sat down next to my eggs in the incubator and turned them daily. Every single day oin that hospital I knew I had to come home to my babies and their eggs, they needed me. And I was there when every single one of them popped their little bodies out of those eggs, that is what I am here for. The Legacy breed is my Legacy I am here to make sure it continues and doesn't die out after 200 years, when you can say that about a breed you care about, then you can join my club.

Fictitious "breeds" aside, OP the key in poultry is to raise something that appeals to you and do it well. That will create demand on its own.

Many breeders that are true experts in their breed of choice have Multi-year wait lists for stock. Breed doesn't seem to matter. Research as many breeds as you can, find one that calls out to you and breed it to the best of your ability.

By the way, as someone who is something of a poultry historian, there is nothing in any historical documents that references this "breed" of yours. I know I should let this drop but I hate seeing people try to scam less informed poultry folks. There are plenty of non-recognized breeds out there with documented histories. So it's not even a Standard issue. I hope no one gets taken in by this stuff.
