I need advice about rooster

I have 10 pullets and on rooster and he is keep picking on the 4 week younger and the 4 older ones are 16 weeks and the younger ones are 12 and he s crowiing alot is there anything i cn do to stop or lower the noises i need adive on keeping
 
There is one true remedy to reduce a cockerel's crowing. Unfortunately it keeps him from crowing permanently.

How old exactly are your birds? It is hard to tell with your post.

the rooster and 3 hens are 16 weeks and the other hens are around 12 weeks
 
There is not much you can do about the noise level. He may get better as he matures, he may not.

He is harassing the younger pullets because he can, and he is trying to breed the older ones even though they are not ready yet. Males mature faster than the females.
