    Am I supposed to be concern with these blackspots!?

    Recently my runner duck has been having these fuzz around his bill, but I'm just noticing the black spots he's been having as well, I've had him for almost two years and don't know if this is normal or should he be taken to the vet? He's my first duck alongside with a Pekin who's bill is normal...
