    Bluebell gender

    Huge double-yolk eggs for a month everyday, but now stopped laying ???

    I have a Bluebell 7 months old, who laid huge double-yolk eggs for a month or so everyday, but now stopped laying for 3 weeks.Looks happy & healthy, no change to environment or diet of note. Vent looks normal. She had one episode of gigantic egg 6 weeks ago which caused her to bleed a little...

    Gender help! 10 week old “Bluebell egger”

    I purchased two “Prairie Bluebell eggers” from Rural King about 10 weeks ago. They look mostly like barred rock, and probably won’t lay blue eggs...but I’ve since learned to not purchase from box stores unless you want to be surprised. I am fairly certain that one is a pullet, but I am unsure...

    Prairie Bluebell Egger

    Six weeks old. Hoover’s hatchery via Rural King. Pullet or cockerel? I have two, and they are supposed to be prairie Bluebell eggers. Pictures below. Tail fathers are almost nonexistent.
