    Strange growths on roosters feet

    Today I noticed some strange growths on one of my roosters feet. At first I thought it was caked on mud but when I tugged on them it started bleeding. I thought maybe it was bumble foot but I've never seen bumblefoot that looked like this. Any idea what it is?

    Is my hen growing spurs?! What is happening?!!

    I just noticed that my hen had growths on her legs whare spurs would be on a rooster. They are hard and apear to be made of keratin. Are they spurs? Has anyone seen this before?do I need to be concerned?
