chicken legs

Hello BYC community. I have a problem with one of my almost 4 year old copper marans and am reaching out to see if anyone has any experience with this. Since about Dec 20th 2020 we noticed swelling in both of her legs, both above and below the heel, but not really into the foot. She is NOT lame...

So my chicken has had a dodgy leg for a while now. We did initially sort it but now it has come back. She eats and drinks fine but barely moves all day. And will have a huge limp when trying to move on her foot. I have to carry her into her bed every night and i'm not sure what this could be...
